• The only service provided to you, the storer by the owner is a license to use a space provided by South Wairarapa Storage 2021 LTD for the sole purpose of storing goods. No other goods or services are provided by the South Wairarapa Storage 2021 LTD.
• Goods are stored at your own risk. You should take out insurance cover
• All payments are to be made in advance by you (the storer)
• South Wairarapa Storage 2021 LTD is not liable for the loss of any goods stored on its premises.
• You must not store hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, perishable, environmentally harmful or explosive goods.
• The space will only be assessable during set hours as posted by SWS.
• A minimum of 7 days’ notice must be given by either party for termination of this agreement.
• The storer must notify South Wairarapa Storage 2021 LTD in writing of any change of contact details – address &/or phone number.
• If you fail to comply with the conditions of this agreement South Wairarapa Storage 2021 LTD will have certain rights which include the right to seize and sell and/or dispose of your goods by auction. (clause 5)
• South Wairarapa Storage 2021 LTD has the right to refuse access if all fees are not paid promptly
• South Wairarapa Storage 2021 LTD has the right to enter in certain circumstances.
